1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. undergarments, cosmetics) are non-returnable unless faulty.

5. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in case of incorrect or faulty items).
