Return & Exchange Policy – HAYA

At HAYA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and fair return or exchange process.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email) is required.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. undergarments, cosmetics) are non-returnable unless faulty.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Gift cards and promotional items

  • Products marked as “Final Sale”


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at [your@email.com] with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • Photos (if the item is defective or wrong)

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Securely pack the item(s) and send them to the address we provide.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.


5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in case of incorrect or faulty items).


6. Exchange Process

If you request an exchange:

  • We’ll send the replacement item after receiving and inspecting the original item.

  • If the item requested is out of stock, we’ll offer an alternative or a full refund.
